• Collecting and Storing Restaurant Information from a Website (Python, MySQL, Ubuntu, Docker, bash)
  Specification Overview: Perform web scraping using Selenium on a Docker container with the appropriate browser driver and settings. Convert the collected data into a pandas DataFrame and then store it in MySQL using SQLAlchemy.

• Automation of Multiple Reservation Consolidation (Excel VBA, Outlook VBA)
  Specification Overview: Upon receiving a remittance request email from a customer, the system saves the details from the attached file, retrieves the customer's foreign exchange reservation balance from the forex web system, and verifies that all forex reservations exist. Excluding spot transactions, it consolidates up to 10 matching forex reservations per transaction and automatically inputs them into the accounting system. The details are then transferred to an existing macro for remittance operations.

• Automation of Trade Insurance Procedures (Excel VBA, Outlook VBA, PowerShell)
  Specification Overview: The system scans export application documents received from customers into PDF files, reads them via OCR, and saves them in a designated folder. When the script is executed, a macro is triggered to convert transaction details into text data, transform them into a table format specified by the insurance company, attach the data to an email, and send it to the insurer while recording the details and transmission logs. If the email is not sent after 4 PM, an alert is sent to the administrator. Later, the system reads the transaction details from the received insurance certificate via OCR and updates the records to mark the application as completed.

• Money Laundering Check Tool for Remittance Transactions (SAS, SQL, Excel VBA)
  Specification Overview: The system extracts incoming and outgoing remittance transactions under the jurisdiction of the Osaka Foreign Exchange Operations Department from the headquarters database based on user-specified conditions. It determines whether money laundering is suspected based on the recipient and transaction details. If the conditions are met, the extracted records are transferred to a report template and circulated to the initial reviewer.

  Specification Overview: Each employee receives a skill check sheet in Excel format. Quarterly, skill items are reviewed and approved by the section manager, after which the data is aggregated into a database. The system calculates and reflects the average and median values of skill items by department and section, as well as each individual's deviation score on their skill check sheet. It also displays a personal skill progression graph. For managerial staff, the system provides an overview of employees' proficiency levels by section and visualizes skill shortages by category.
